I requested and paid for 25 articles from The Write Thing Content Service on August 22nd, 2012, sending a payment of $140.62 via PayPal for 25 articles to be written for my website. Amelia's service never sent the articles and ignored my refund requests. Beware of this service. She is a fraud and will disappear after you send payment. She also has a Better Business Bureau icon on her website and is not listed on BBB.org.

I've used The Write Thing Content Service several times over the past 4 years. I have only had to file one refund in that time for a project that was not completed in a timely manner. Choosing a content service is difficult and there are numerous cut-rate companies out there. It's impossible for any company to have 100% track record with customers, but it sounds to me like you filed a complaint before the issue was even resolved to make yourself feel better. I'll admit that Amelia let's PayPal handle refunds and it takes them 2 weeks about to issue it, but it still gets handled accordingly. Still a great company to order from in my opinion. You should give them a second chance.

Amelia issued me the refund and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
