He replied that if we purchased the package that it can be utilized right away! We selected 3 vacations spots in MX and that when we were told that it is High season and the dates we wanted were not available. We asked Ms Moore for a refund , she stated that it will take 7-10 days.It is now, May 16, 2016 and NOTHING has been done!! I have emailed Ms Moore several times since then, she won't respond to our emails anymore. We are furious with their lack of response! We are going to spread the word yo disregard any faxes that you receive from this company-Expedia, they are arip off !!! We want pur money back right waway...this is bait & switch!!!!!!!

I would like for someone to contact me with regards to boring fully reimbursed for the sales persons ill : poor advice to take our money knowing good and well that we wouldnt be able to go on a trip during this time frame because it was high season!! No one took the tome to disclose that to us. That's considered stealing!
