Sharon Burchett was our only point of contact when we were renting a townhouse. We moved out, gave proper notice, had the placeprofessionally cleaned, sent her the keys, and never got our $1200 security deposit back. She never responded tocalls, emails, or certified letters. She stole our money.

The new realtor for the property called us about a month after we moved out asking us where the keys were. They could not get a response from Sharon or American Dream Realty either.

To the second tenant in question...how did this happen to you as well? I'm confused because the company does not write checks to tenants...but in any case, please email me at sendit2sharon@gmail.com with details as to what happened and I promise I will do everything in my power to steer you in the right direction. But please explain to me what happened...once again, my apologies.

I'm a renter of American Dream Realty and the same thing happen to me. My wife and I gave the proper notice according to the lease along with certified mail to Sharon Burchett. The professional thing to do in this situation is let the property owner and the tenants know what was going rather then ignore them. If you are no longer with the company, who would now be the point of contact to get refunds?

I am the former employee of American Dream Realty...and first would like to state that I was not ever the property manager of this company and had no control over any accounts writing checks...I was not an owner or partner. So in my defense I would just like to state that as far as the accusations listed in this compaint...they are not true. I am truly sorry for the bad experience that the client had with the company and would like to state on my behalf that there were no wrong doings on my part. I was an associate of the company and nothing more.
