We refinanced in April of 2005. ASC paid property taxes from our escrow account, as did our new mortgage company. ASC was refunded the amount of the property taxes, which should now be forwarded to me as a refund. I have been calling them for the last 2 months trying to get this money back. Each time we have received a different excuse on where the refund is. We have been told the chek is in the mail.

Today is August 10, 2005, the check was supposedly mailed on July 23, 2005. Until I see the check, I will not believe it was mailed.
