I WAS the Site Administrator to AMXCasting and only the Site Administrator (I guess I can thank Clinton Walker for the Network Affiliation Management position I was never informed about.) As soon as I found out exactly what CLINTON WALKER (the President and CEO of illegitimate companies: AMXCasting, Movie Made Productions, West Coast Customs Music and AXOnlineGames; and TV Star Host of a show that never aired on Television) was doing I started the original RIPOFFReport against AMXCasting/Clinton Walker under the pseudonym John Ferguson.
I did this for two reasons at the time:
(1.) I figured it would help people avoid getting ripped off by this crook and
(2.) Since I couldn't get any of the authorities to do anything at the time (IRS, FBI, DA, and San Marcos PD). I thought the RIPOFFReport and calls in reference to it might provide enough pressure to convince Clinton Walker to actually legitimizing the business for the sake of not getting in trouble with the Federal Government which by proxy would fix everyone's problem.
Leaving the company at the time was not an option due to the lack of activity from the authorities' standpoint. If I had left, Clinton Walker would have just continued reaping the benefits of other people's hard earned money for who knows how much longer and to me that was not a viable option. When Clinton Walker wouldn't fix his crooked business or views on morality and ethics, I turned in my resignation. Shortly afterward it finally seemed like the authorities were just starting to build a case. At that point I found out ABC News had already been working on the case against Clinton Walker and AMX Casting. I contacted ABC News and since then have been working diligently in trying to help bring this CONARTIST to justice. Multiple government agencies are working separate cases against Clinton Walker as of recent and his days of scamming investors out of millions dollars, employees out of tax money and Americans out of their hard earned income are limited if nonexistent. Where I do not really appreciate the lime light, I am glad for this opportunity to set the story straight for everyone, including Clinton Walker himself.
So, to the peddlers of oppression and the demise of the human spirit, here's a point for the underdogs.

The one thing I do find amusing out of this entire nightmare of a situation is that when this is all said and done, Clinton Walker will finally, for the first time in his life, claim his 15 minutes of fame.
