Amy Odell is a pretty girl who uses her looks and fast talking to manipulate merchants. I have been changed to 3 different compnanies by Amy while she said nothing would change but lower rates. Now I am locked into multilple contracts and have early termination fees with 2 different companies. She solicited me again and is working for yet ANOTHER company, Beyond Merchant Services, and said this one is ethical!!! Coming from a liar and manipulator! I told her NO THANKS and I can't believe she continues this scam!! She will end up in jail soon hopefully.

 You very well may be accurate in your assessment of the individual referred to in your report. However, the company she now works for, Beyond, is exactly as she stated and more. I have a restaurant in Delaware and once used Heartland who was, by far, the most transparent payment processor at that time. More importantly, they honored their promises and followed through on their claims and did not employ any of the lowly tactics that are basically universally adopted by the industry. Do yourself a favor, read up on Bob Carr, the founder and former CEO of Heartland as well as founder and current CEO of Beyond. Then, reach out to Beyond for a quote. Don't use the contact with whom you have had bad experiences. I would be extremely surprised if you didn't end up a client of theirs in the very near future. As I am sure you know, you have a lot more to lose by staying with wrong processor, which is almost all of them. I made the mistake of going to Vantiv due to their integration with our POS. Horrific is the only word I will state at this point as I wait to see how they handle the mess and endless issues with our account. Good luck.
