I ordered a SEO services from them using their website https://riseseoservices.com/ but did not recieve any type of reports after i paid them $10,000 and threatens me that they will do a negative online reputation management under my mine. But i am fed up with this company and its owner Andrew Urban! So i decided to post them here and to warn others that don't use this company as they will SCAM the hell out of you! WORST COMPANY IN RHODE ISLAND, BOSTON and HARTFORD!

Sadly this individual / reviewer never purchased any services from our company. We ordered a small service from the author that he never delivered. We first paid with PayPal which was in holding on his end so we graciously paid him with a direct bank transfer. After trying to contact him many times on Skype with no response we opened a paypal dispute which made him suddenly respond. He immediately started to threaten us saying he would post negative reviews online unless we removed the dispute. We very clearly said simply send us the deliverable we have now paid for twice and we will gladly drop the dispute. This would be easy for someone who planned on actually delivering. I have screenshots of all of our transactions and the message thread which I will post here. PayPal found in our favor that there was nothing delivered and refunded us the money. He was still able to keep the bank transfer. We were ready to just move on and let it go.
It would be nice if sites like this asked for proof when someone says they were scammed out of $10k. Where is the proof from this individual showing that he ever ordered any services from us, let alone $10k worth? The review is clearly not written by someone who is english speaking which lines up with the chat and the fact he is located in the Philippines. Even though it says the review lives in the USA.
The sad part is we paid him the second time as quickly as possible and he still decided to be this low of a person.
