Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
There are no words to describe how bad Anthony Sylvan is as a pool builder, I've spent four years trying to resovle shotty workmanship that ultimately caused cracking in the pool structure.
If you're considering them as a pool company, STAY AWAY!!
They have shown themselves as a user of illegal immigrant labor, a subcontractor nightmare and more then anything else, a company that doesn't care about the end user.
They only care about pumping up the stock price by hammoring in as many pools as possible, while Stuart Neidus cashes out his stock grants.
Go with the small guy, Anthony Sylvan is a sweat shop in disguise!!...

After several attempts to correct my misreable pool issues, I managed to get in contact with a manager that was extremely apologetic and very upset with the experience I underwent over the past 4 years.
Since speaking with him, they have made an honest effort to correct my pool issues and insured it will never happen again.
My confidence has always been in the warrantee they offer, but it's amazing how frustrated you can get when that one employee gives you a hard time.
After 4 years, they are still honoring my warrantee and at this point, I'd imagine it's on their dime....
I'm not sure how many other companies could or would see this problem through, but thank god I hired Anthony Sylvan.
Sincerely a much happier Anthony Sylvan customer!
