I signed up with Arcadia Power because they claimed that they would find me energy suppliers at a cheaper rate than JCP&L and would automatically switch me to lowest price suppliers. Subsequentlly, I found that I could cut my bill by 1/3 of lower than the supplier that they switched me to. This was unfair. I did cancel their service easily. But they misled me when I signed up.
