I conducted business with Frank Arguello, owner of ArguelloBrothers.com, and I am frightened to know him. When it came time to pay his bill, Mr. Arguello decided that he was not happy with our services. Rather than calmly working out a solution, he became demanding, then threatening, and then violent with my staff. Several times, Mr. Arguello alluded to his ties to Mexican crime families.

We have never conducted business with this individual by the name of Yves Black. This name is totally fictitious. We assume, however, it is the anonymous defamatory report created by a gardener by the name of Jason C. Hartman who was fired because of dishonesty and for trying to steal money by inflating prices.
Obviously, we will determine if this defamatory report is from Jason C. Harman who is doing business in Frederick, MD under the name of Masterpiece Landscape (301) 693-6631. If this is the case, we will take legal action against him.
It is important to clarify that we do not have ties to Mexican crime families as stated by the complain. We have ties to ITALIAN crime families, which is not the same.
