Paul coaxed us into working with him over the phone which was our mistake for trusting him. During the entire duration of 5 months he continued to demand progress payments which he was paid. He gave many excuses in long texts stating his dad was sick. We later discovered two others who had hired Paul and Tom that also never received anything.
