Update to previous report....Came on 10/28/06 to finally put in fireplace doors. Didn't happen. Doors were or poor quality and broken. It has now been a month and no word from company! They have my doors, my money and there seems to me not a d**n thing I can do about. Businesses should not be allowed to do this.
BUYER BEWARE....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCT IS INFERIOR, THEIR SERVICE STINKS, & THEIR SALES STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS!

Everyone I have spoken to in the company does not know who this "Donna" is. I have been working for this company close to 4 years because they stress customer service. Some people don't understand that in a seasonal business lead times change depending on volume. Because I have been in this seasonal business for 30 some odd years, I know to order my air conditioners/pool equipment etc. in the winter and fireplace/heating appliances in the summer. We don't expect everyone else to know this but we do our best. I am sure that if "Donna" is a real customer of ours, she is happy with her purchase. If she is not satisfied, I want to know. I will take care of it personally. Custom orders sometimes contain problems. It's the nature of ordering anything custom made.
