 Anthony (aka Tony) Martinez and Asset Ventures solicit investment funds from ma and pa investors to purchase notes on residential real estate property. I purchased 2 notes from them and only after approx 11 emails and 4 phones calls and many, many, promises from Tony that the check was in the mail, was the invesment finally re-paid -- LATE. Regarding the 2nd note, payment is over 45 days past due, promises have been made again by Tony that the check is in the mail - but to date, re-payment of the investment has not been made by Tony and Asset Ventures .
