This particular customer was looking for a price reduction in the service that was provided to him. All the work that was  preformed was done from scaffolding with the roof being coverd with wood and canvas drop clothes around the chimney. I might say the roof and gutters were in disrepair initially but none the less our company took precautions so our service did not cause any further damage. The cunsumer not being a professional in this field may not have noticed his chimney settling over the years and pulling where it meets the roof, but after our work on a separate issue with the chimney was complete he was probably focused on the area and noticed that particular problem and blamed it on us.

Any expert would see that kind of damage happens over a long period of time. Guy Randall paid his bill in full after asking first for a discount then after we filed in court is when he paid in full.
