    If you are interested in working with this company, KEEP AWAY !. I sat for a job interview and the interviewer was playing games on the computer and texting the entire time I sat in front of him.

He said he will email me additional information and didn't. They were not nice people to deal with.

We are very sorry to hear the displeasure and unsatisfactory experience you had during your experience.

In regards to the complaint I wanted to explain our interview process.  The candidate requested to be hired on the spot which is a normal way of business in the insurance industry.  Asurea is different and we have a 3 step interview process with pre-employment production required.  He wasn't willing to do this which was the reason we decided it wasn't a good fit with the company.

HR reached out to the candidate a few days later after hearing this and spoke with him at length as we always take these serious and strive to get better.
