Buyers Beware,This is a 'Shyster" company. I returned a defective item. and the want to charge me 15 % restocking fee,plus the full shipping charge that they paid tto ship the item. This is a case for a class action suit,due to the fact that there are enough complaints filed !!!!! Don Houston Texas

AT&T Factory outlet. I submitted my complaint,listing why I thought it was defective ! You come back with a rebuttal that proves my point. You automaticaly went on the defenceive. withouit proving the item is not defective. MY feelings are no different than several otherRipoff Reports in regards to what action could be taken. The burden of proof is on you my friend, "PROVE IT", not defective as reported !!!!!

Since it was PRINTED on the reciept there is NO BASIS for a lawsuit. ANYONE can complain. YOU are proof of that. YOU CLAIM the item is defective just we all know its NOT DEFECTIVE and YOU JUST DONT LIKE IT!!! If anyone was to believe EVERY complaint online, NOTHING that is sold in America is quality at all!!! Face the reality of LIFE!! EVERYTHING COSTS NOTHING IS FREE!!! Sometimes THEY pay and sometimes YOU pay. In this instance, since YOU didnt like the device, YOU claim a supposed defect expecting that THEY are going to eat all the costs BECAUSE you say its defective. Yet AMAZINGLY they STILL charge a 15% restock fee. Meaning that THEY see ALL of those defective complaints for what they are. CRAP!!!!LIES designed ONLY to get YOU out of paying what you owe. YOU seem to think that because YOU dont like the device YOU get to LIE to get your way!! What are you 6 years old?!? GROW UP!!!! NOT A RIPOFF!! In fact if YOU were being COMPLETLY honest YOU would admit that YOU are trying to SCAM THEM!!! Oh of course YOU are going to justify and spin it in your own head to make yourself out to be the victim. But the TRUTH is that YOU dont think YOU should have to pay for ANYTHING and YOU will say or write anything YOU CAN in order to get out of paying it. Thankfully the web isnt going anywhere anytime soon. Meaning there is a PUBLIC RECORD of what YOU have posted. So all YOU are doing is setting yourself up for a nice defamation suit. You know HONESTY and INTEGRITY are those things you do when people are NOT looking.....
