I purchased a 2020 Honda CR-V with the very expensive ECP "The Protctor" added to my car. The company claims their product is warrantied on their website, however, the car dealer states that no written warranty is available. I was given nothing to show that this product was added to my car and when asked, was told that nothing is available. I paid a lot of money for a product I can't prove I purchased.
