Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered computer for Jeep Wrangler two months ago. They have shipped us three faulty units, have not returned our core deposit, have lied repeatedly about when our part would ship, will not answer phones, will not return calls, have refused to refund our money. I have never dealt with a worse company! I will be reporting them to BBB.

Actually I guess this would be called withdrawing my rebuttal. Everyone needs to know that Automotive Scientific kept sending us faulty computers for our Jeep. This went on for over two months. We returned each of them, the last one at our expense and were promised a refund that week. Eight weeks later I was told that if I wanted my refund I had to place a rebuttal on this site refuting my claim. I did so - while I was on the phone with their rep - but I did not state that I would not come back and tell the truth. I believe that what they have done is extortion. I intend to write the District Attorney for Rogersville, TN and to report their dishonest business practices. I encourage each of the rest of you to do the same.
Also note that we did finally receive our refund MINUS shipping charges. So I had to pay for them shipping me FAULTY PARTS!
