Backslash (which should really be called 'Backlash' for their rip-off tactics), aka Mozzle.com, took payment for their software, Domain Name Pro, and then never delivered the serial number.

This company delivers nothing for the $60+ the software costs you. When you write to them, you're completely ignored. In short, unless you want to throw away some money for no reason whatsoever, don't pay this company a dime--especially for Domain Name Pro.
