On 06/02/19 I placed an order for a XXXL waist trainer #1241814. I was charged twice for priority shipping of $3.99.

They did adverised free worldwide shipping that was supposed to be from 5-8 business days. Order was received 30 days later and 2XL was sent. Which is not what I ordered.

I sent 4 or more emails stating my problem, but no response. I ask for right order or refund.
