Baylee Nasco the Company and its Owners Miguel and Alina Nasco and Barry Kahn and Mindy Kahn are being sued in Broward County Circuit Court CASE # CACE-14-002853. Baylee Nasco willingly entered into business with Barry and Mindy Kahn who defrauded customers and investors out of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. committing credit card fraud and theft of property. Barry Kahn operates under Baylle Nasco and all parties knowingly and willingly violating cease and desist and non compete and non solicitation agreements. Beware of giving out your financial information.
