Our only fund raiser for our non profit organization and he's ripped us off. We can't afford this! Mardi Gras parades are fund raisers for lots of local activities. Example; we have built concrete bleachers for our high school, give Thanksgiving and Chrismas baskets to the needy every year, Support our local Little League with proterty to play on each year, etc...and have for over 45 years and I don't think we've ever had anyone so blatantly steal from us before.

I purchased rhinestones on a regular basis from buddy conklin for about 3 years. On occasion shipping was slow and on occasion he substituted certain items that were sold out, this with my full authority (I preferred substitute to refund) as it was generally something of better value. I do understand this can happen when dealing with limited quantity vintage goods - first come first serve high volume sales.
I got some excellent deals from Mr. Conklin that I have yet to find elsewhere. He always took my calls, returned my calls, responded to emails, was courteous, reasonable, knowledgable... With the exception of an occasional slow shipment, I never had a problem with Buddy Conklin. If Mr. Conklin failed to complete an order without a full refund, I am certain something has happened to him. I do not believe he is a rip-off.

I had bought stones from Buddy for 10 years. He has fallen off the grid. He NEVER ripped me off. EVER! Something must have happened. He may have died? I haven't been able to get in touch with him in over 8 months.
