Bella candles I paid for two ring candles and only received one broken candle I have made numerous attempts to contact the company with no reply. I was told (the one time I actually got someone on the phone) that they would send me a replacement with my second candle and still nothing Internet

 I had placed an order through Bella candles for to bring candles the first candle I received was broken and I was unable to use it I've been contacted the company and to my surprise actually got someone on the phone who told me they would send a replacement with the second candle that I did not receive it has been over 2 weeks and I have not gotten so much as an email from this company I have already paid and would like to know where my items are it is impossible to reach them via phone or email if there is any way anyone can help me contact this company so that I can either get my items or my money back it would be greatly appreciated.
