got phone call saying i needed an attorney to contact hem or i needed to call them back,they said i had gotten a loan and not paid it back so they were going to take me to court for check fraud and violating federal regulations, they would contact my job and social security and take me to court. i checked out the business name on website and it is a interior decorating firm not a lawyers firm, i also contacted advance america about the call because they r the ones they said they represented
