Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We bought a sectional at Bernie and Phyl's in westboro mass.we bought the warranty on which the salesman told us if we had pets and they ripped or stained furniture that it would be covered under the warranty, now after 6 months we have a problem with rips, stains and cushions collapsing, the sent out tech and was told none of this is covered, the salesman lied to us stating that all of this would be covered. The supervisor in Costumer relations was extremely rude. Now we just want our money back so we can go to another furniture store that will not lie. Thanks for nothing Bernie and Phyl's.

I feel terrible that you were lied to, but maybe not being lied to, maybe the associate did not know at the time and miss spoke and told you what he thought was right. I have been a customer of Bernie and Phyls for 25 years. They have always tried very hard to resolve any complaints, minor furniture problems due to my animals, 4 cats. If you call the Saugus store or their corporate office, they are very kind and understanding, I got a new couch for 13.00, and gave them back my couch, they couldn't fix it because the company that they bought it from closed so they couldn't fix the motor, but offered us a new couch if we would return the old one we had that couch for 4 years. If you work with them they will accomadate any situation.
