Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer last year. At point of purchase the dealer did not disclose of structural damage to this vehicle. Recelty I had posted it for sale and found out thru the buyer via Carfax that the vehicle has structural damage reported. The buyer refused to buy the van.
I called Best Buy Auto and spoke to Nick Damian who is the owner and he told me that it was done by the auto auction by mistake which is completely not true. He tried to offer me a low ball price to buy it back for less then i own on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

You are accusing the dealer of not disclosing Structural Damage. But guess what..neither did YOU. The only reason you found out is because the buyer checked the VIN and found out it had previous damage. You of course give the excuse that you didn't know, but there is no proof that the dealer knew either. They don't go looking for problems.
Had he bought it, and then later came back to you stating that he wanted his money back after a year what would you do? I can guarantee you one thing you wouldn't do...give him his money back.
The reason is simple and the same as your situation. You bought the van "As-Is". Meaning that unless you have something in writing(such as a Warranty that would cover the issue) anything and everything that is wrong becomes YOUR responsibility as soon as you buy the car. You should have done what your buyer did and verify that it did not have any damage or issues. You could have done this by taking it to an independent mechanic.
The dealer was under no obligation to even offer you anything for your van. But after a year, you are not going to get the full amount you paid because ALL cars lose value. The only reason you are upside down is because you likely did a very low downpayment, have a very high interest rate due to your credit, and likely added additional items to your car such as Insurance or other warranties.
By the way if you still are paying on a loan you do not own the vehicle and legally can not sell it. You would have to pay off the lender and get them to release the lien BEFORE you could legally sell it to the person. Many buyers will not get into this situation because they would have to pay you and then wait several weeks until they get the actual title. I wonder if you disclosed that to the buyer?
At this point it is just a case of Buyer's Remorse.

Why didn't YOU look at the Carfax last year. Dealers are not required to disclose anything. It is up to the BUYER to check the vehicle out before purchasing.
