After not charging my personal account for two months for an insurance policy on an Iphone I purchased at Best Buy I was sure it was canceled. Then I was randomly charged, not just once but twice by the company. I called customer service and after two and a half weeks of being mistreated, misinformed and hung up on someone finally got on the line and said they were not issuing me a refund! How is that even legal? I received NO notification that you were going to start charging me again and not only once but twice!
