Unethical bunch of micro-managing idiots who run the Riverside Distribution Center. Long time employees mean nothing to them, they are marched out by armed guards. Surveillance cameras everywhere, including by the rest-rooms. I got the ax for some very minor paperwork errors. Our illustrious gutless Teamster Local 578 ("Our motto-don't rock the boat-EVER") is in bed with management and will help throw you under the bus. 9 years down the toilet, throwing cheap Chinese crap off the back of a truck. This company could care less about it's customers and holds it's employees in utter contempt. They run the business like it's still 1972.

NO I was NOT discharged for theft. And I quit because Local 578 would not do a darn thing for me. I left because Bill L. and Chris Smith instituted the mileage pay, along with IMPOSSIBLE delivery schedules that left you unable to take their stupid MANDATORY "lunch". I was threatened with termination for NOT taking said MANDATORY lunches in order to make my store deliveries on time. Was hired immediately by a much better, non micromanaging company. Thanks for the kind words, I did my best, just could'nt take all the management dweebs anymore...

I didn't know you got canned Blair, sorry to hear. You were one of the better drivers the Big Nickel had. Which piece of paperwork was screwy? I did hear something about a driver stealing merchandise, that wasn't you that they were claiming stole merchandise was it? Anyway if you are the Blair I worked with you did a better job any any driver I have dealt with since, and hope the company doesn't screw me over the way it did you.

I worked for them, unfortunately for "several" years at the store level and left on my own, thankfully because I finally woke up and realized I was a hard worker with a lot of talents that they didnt seem to care about, Im assuming since Im female...and female store managers are VERY rare....almost non-existent. I knew i was going nowhere...
