Bilal Toprak sinowidechinaholdingsltd.com SINOWIDE (CHINA) HOLDINGS LIMITED Fake document refund and Fake Bank Account. We gave Mr. Bilal Toprak many chances to return the money but he has not returned it. He also might be working under other company names. UPDATE: PETROLEUM & MATERIALS LLC was put in by accident and was not involved in any way.
