I went to this website to get my birth certificate so I can leave for trucking school. I paid 89.95 for the 3-5day processing and 25.00 for expedited shipping. Was told next day needed a authorization form signed and notarized. That was 18.00 to get done and faxed over. Price paid so far 132.95.

Now VCN the company you get when you check on your order status will be asking for 54.00 which would bring the total to 186.95! I contacted VCN directly and they said I could have done.it with them for just the 54.00 and got the same results the Birthcertificatestate.com stated they was going to do.
