I did subscribe to this service to buy cd's for my teens for christmas.... fufilled obligations to service.... cancelled service through website on Jan.6th, 2005. However, they are still sending "featured selections" that have to be returned by a certain date or your account is charged. The last card i received has a differant acct # than the original one. Cannot find any contact info on website. I want this to end!!!! Anyone have any info????

It will take a while to stop probly a month maybe 2 but you can handle this 2 ways.

Mail PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP to them every time they send you somethimg until they stop.

I also had this problem years ago until my roomate told me what she did to stop the cd from being mail to her, but still be in the club. She told me what she found on the web.

What I did is wrote a letter to them 3 times expaining that I would like to keep ordering stuff from them. But that I was away at college a lot and would not be able to return the cds ontime. I told them if they would just send me the catalogs that come with the CDs without the cds I could make selections when I was home otherwise I would be forced to discontinue their service. I then recieved another packet of cds from them and sent them the letter after each package I recieved from them. Now I just recieve cataloges in the mail that say stuff like buy 2 at the regular price and get 3 free. I usually wait for the offer to buy 2 at the regular price and get unlimited for 2.99 (+ about 2.70 in shipping and tax) then me and many of my friends pick out like 100 cds together and figure out what the exact cost would be for all of them with tax and shipping divide by the number of cds for the average cost per cd. Then we each times that by the number of cd we want then they pay that amount to me and I order the cds. Its a pretty good deal.


Now about the different account#

I would include this in my letter. Give them both account #s and tell them you are concerned about which # is the correct number.


I looked about the web for the phone number for you. I remember getting it with my 1st order years ago but I forgot it. I called them once when they sent me the wrong cd and they were very nice about it.
