BMG Music Services Ihave recieved a mailing from bmgmusic about 3 or 4 mo. ago saying I owed for cd's I had ordered. I wrote back to them stateing I have not joined their club and have recieved nothing in the mail so please take my name off of all records they have and do not send me anything. Today I get a letter from them stateing I am going to be turned into collection if I don't pay the now higher amout Indianapolis Indiana

I have never joined the bmg music club but have recently recived letters stateing I owe them for a CD I didn't order. Today I have recieved a letter from them indicating I owe even more due to "late fee's" and they are threatining to send my account to a collection agency and to consumer credit reporting.

I am befuddeled by the whole thing. It is causeing me great stress as I am on a fixed income and can not just pay this bill that I DID NOT incure.

The cd they say I owe for is from an artist I am not a fan of and in the country western class which I do not listen to. This makes no sence to me at all.

I hope this will be looked into and they will find their error and stop sending me any kind of corispondence.
