BMG Music Services mail order fraud, contract fraud, music fraud, false contracts ripoff Indianapolis Indiana

Phone number I listed came from another post done by another user, which I verified did belong to BMG Music. Basically this company is so desperate for money their resorting to mail order fraud to entrap people into their contract forcing them to buy more from them. Ok, now for the story:

CD came in mail from them. CD I nor my wife ordered. Isnt even the type of music wed even listen to. From the limited info, it looks as if they possably bought our name from some mailing list company. No where was their a phone number to call them, and reason why? Its becasue everyone who got these would be calling to yell at them.

Now, guess what? If you send this cd back, by their rules, youve entered their contract to buy more in future. If you send payment for the CD, the same. Youll notice that it says if ytou dont pay in 30 days, theirs a late fee not a finance charge. This is becasue you didnt order it and they can be fined heavly for trying to charge finacne fees for this scam. Basically, as far as federal law goes when it comes to mail.

If a company sends you something you didnt order, you dont have to send it back, its free. Don't let this company scam you, dont pay to send it back, just ignore it and let your postmaster know their committing mail order frud and believe me, most will investigate it.
