Purchased Samsung Galaxy S10+ from bobcat wireless  on eBay before my contract with Verizon expired. Phone bobcat wireless sent is a T Mobile phone and has T Mobile software that cannot be uninstalled. Forced to do T Mobile software upgrades regularly.

T Mobile ringtones and at start up. PAIN IN THE BUTT!! bobcat wireless would not let me return because I missed the 30 day return by 2 weeks. I was waiting for Verizon contract to expire before moving to Ting,  which I did. They don't see people at the end of the transaction. They see a transaction. Period. SO MANY SELLERS on eBay. Don't buy from this one.
