I bought THREE puppies from Daniel/Bonne Amie Pets and had them paid for through PayPal by May 3, 2021. On Wednesday, May 12, Daniel confirmed a booked flight to Seattle, WA (Seatac airport) to arrive June 2, 2021.

On June 1, Daniel informed me I would only be receiving TWO puppies due to one puppy (Crystal) being held in Hanoi due to heat stroke. When I arrived at the cargo receiving area at Seatac on June 2, I was informed that only ONE puppy had arrived (Hobbit).  The other puppy (Lottie) had been detained in Dubai because she did not pass the veterinary inspection.

I later learned (on June 7--from the Emirates cargo manager in Seattle, NOT Daniel) that Lottie was in very poor condition in Dubai with abscessed wounds and hypoglycemia.

I continued to attempt to get updated information from Daniel on the condition of the two puppies I did not receive, and he responded on June 9.  In that communication, he told me that Crystal was OK but Lottie was not doing well.  He offered a REPLACEMENT of same quality for Lottie, who will/would be shipped to me with Crystal (he did not indicate WHEN).

It is now June 17 2021 and I have had no further communications/updates from Daniel despite REPEATED efforts to contact him through WhatsApp. I want information and I want this situation resolved.  Truthfully, I would prefer a refund for the two puppies I did not receive as I am not confident they will arrive here in good health.

Bonne Aime Pet Fraud

AUTHOR: Julie Ts - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, August 26, 2021

I also have been deceived by Bonne-Aime pets and Mr. Dong (Daniel) via PayPal. Your situation sounds similar to mine. Please contact me to build the PayPal dispute case against Bonne-Aime Pets.

Pham Van Dong @ Bonne-Aime has frauded me of a purebred Pomeranian female puppy. First, he bait and switched puppies. I received a mixed white female puppy, not a purebred Pomeranian. I had her DNA analyzed at Embark. She came back a super mutt: 60% Pom, 11.4% American Eskimo, 14.4 Super Mutt, 14.3% Pekingese.

In addition, Mr. Dong has frauded and lied to me as follows:

1.Not purebred Pomeranian

2. Born with congenital umbilical hernia (see vet report) and Von Willebrand disease

3. Parasite detected -most likely due to no vaccinations or rabies shots. Mr. Dong lied so the puppy can fly.

4. No registry paperwork as promised

5. Besides, I'm unable to register a super mutt puppy b/c she's not pure Pomeranian.

6. Shipping promised in 2 weeks. Actual time is 6 weeks.

7. Lack of a promised microchipped.

8. Lied age of puppy- actual age is much younger than stated on documents which violates airline rules

9. Different puppy's parents shown to me on Instagram video .

10. Puppy arrived with coccidia. She infected my other dogs and home. I needed to hire a professional steam cleaner to get rid of the coccidia spores.

Mr Dong refuses to communicate with me. He ignores my messages.
I'm asking for a complete refund of $2, 700 for a Mixed breed puppy.
