My wife called Boss Optima for tile cleaning (we are elderly) . The girl told her it had to be prepaid so they charged my card $1980 but when the day came for the appointment no one showed up .

Phone calls to the company had many excuses and offered a refund , however 4 months have gone by and no refund .. They must know our two phones because now just voice mail .
