CHARLY PHILLIPS SOLD US A INVESTMENT PLAN THAT PROMISED BRANDON HOWARD TRUCKING COMPANY WOULD USE THE PROCEEDS OF $ 50,000 TO EXPLAND SEMI TRUCKS AND TRAILORS HE SAID HE OWED ON. ASSURED US OUR INVESTMENT WAS SECURE BUT LIED ABOUT THE INVESTMENT PARTICULARS, IN FACT WE NEVER SEEN ANY RETURN ON OUR INVESTMENT OR EVEN OUR INNITIAL INVESTMENT. PHILLIPS / BRANDON HOWARD TRUCKING STOLE THE MONEY AND DUMMIED UP THE CONTRACT TO TRY AND PROTECT HIMSELF FROM BEING CRIMINALLY CHARGED. WE SHALL SEE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH, ONLY GOD KOWS HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE FALLEN. VICTIM TO THIS LOW LIFE SCUM BAG FRAUD. THIS TRUCKING COMPANY IS A FICTION AND A FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST THESE THEIVES AND LIARS!

I can't say I'm surprised knowing first hand that whole family down yonder are bad seed, they crossed my family some time ago and that was the end. The yongen learn from the elder. Cheating and swindle is obviously in their nature. My son tells me that there charlie boy been known to have addictions like gambling. Seen too many of family's and lives destroyed cause they don't want to clean up their evil way. I hope you yongens finds a way to clean up your ways.

There was000 a contract??? Did you have YOUR ATTORNEY review said contract BEFORE you sent any money? You claim this guy "dummied up" the contract. What does THAT mean? How did you arrive at that opinion? How much do you know about trucking? How much di you think a tractor costs? How abouy a trailer? What sort of research did you do regarding how freight is priced and by whom? What was the Operating Ratio of this guy's existing company? Do you know what O. R means?
