Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought a poodle that was not available as I was told some weeks later. After realizing my mistake, I called the following day to cancel the transaction and eventhough I have a conformation number for the cancellation, I am still waiting since October 2nd for a credit on my credit card. I called many times but got only false promises about a credit. BREEDER'S DIRECT still got my money.

If you go to their site and read the page with the contract on it, I believe it says you get a STORE credit for 90 days. No refunds or returns. Do you still have time?
Read number 20 and the very bottom I think, and then you'll have to actually read the whole thing. I looked into this a few days ago, but it's there somewhere. THAT is probably the credit they were speaking of.
