She allowed me to buy a double wide mobile home with two titles that were both the wrong titles for the home. She did a title search knowing that my mobile had the wrong titles and because she wanted the fee for closing my home she went and let it close anyways.
I also did not have real title insurance to fix this title properly thanks to Brenda so now am stuck with an unsellable home... She is a real criminal and she even lost her business because of what she did to me. She had to sell A1 title company. Her name is Brenda Buta and she still lives in Crystal river.
