Shark Tank and Zarza I had an email add from Shark Tank. I reviewed it and the skin products. The advertisement was for a FREE SAMPLE. Only shipping was to be paid. Knowing Shark Tank to be reputable I ordered the eye serum and face cream. I received no confirmation email, first suspicious sign. They took my money and I received the product 12 days later. My card was charged the $ 89.95 and $89.97 ( as not to duplicate and throw up a flag), two days after the product was recieved ! There was no return label, return address etc. only a customer care number that was never open. The face cream burned my skin and i never opened the eye serum. I could not find anyone to contact on this rip off. I filed a fraud report with my bank and they told me i had ordered a " free trial", they never bothered to look at the Shark Tank ads.I am still fighting with my bank over this. I am an ex police officer and an ex arbitration representative for a large insurance company. I am shocked at the lack of customer service by the bank and the lack of consumer care of Shark Tank. Please note the name of this product has been " rebranded" twice ( that I am aware of), since sept 2017. Someone is getting rich.
