Robert coaxed us into working with him over the phone which was our mistake for trusting him. During the entire duration of 5 months he continued to demand progress payments which he was paid for.

He gave many excuses in long texts stating that his dad was sick. We later discovered two others who had also hired Robert and Mark that never received their software either.
