Ordered a ring July 8th stated up to 10 days before shipping. It is now July 28th and after 30 unanswered phone calls and 3 unanswered emails still no ring. Company does not answer phone calls and does not respond to text messages and or emails. stated 10 days till shipping then overnight shipping that was July 8th 2014 it is now July 28th and it is impossible to reach anyone and still my order has not shipped.

We would like to verify your order number and that you received it. Sometimes things get backordered from the manufacturer and it takes a few weeks (especially engagment rings with finger sizing) but most of the time we ship in an reasonable time frame. We are shocked that you were not able to reach us by phone. Did you possibly call before or after hours? We are located on West coat time if that helps. If we dont pick up the phone right away its means we are either outside business hours, our customer service agaents are all tied up on the phones etc. Did you leave voice mails at any time?
Please let us know you received the item as we have a few customers with that first name and we ( for privacy reasons and confidentiality) dont just assume we know your order number.
