Bruce Davidson/Consult-Development Bruce Davidson represented that he was a Managing Representative for a private fund lender. We entered into contracts, opened an escrow account and provided escrow funds for the purported loan.The escrow funds were never deposited into the escrow account and we were never able to verify that a private fund even existed. All of our escrow funds were taken and we were scammed. Arlington-Fort Worth Nationwide

Bruce Davidson represented that he was a Managing Representative for a private equity fund making real estate loans. We entered into contracts and opened an escrow account to receive the real estaete loan. We also sent funds to Bruce Davidson to be deposited into the escrow account. The funds never made it to the escrow account and we were never able to verify the existence of the private equity fund. We were scammed!

These were fees to put a deal together. The risk was know be all parties. The deal failed to get funded. We are a consultant firm with contracts which state the risk involved in putting projects together. And if Pat Davis was, to tell the truth in this situation he would tell you that he 1099'd me. So Pat be looking for contact from the IRS. What you did is fraud and it is being pursued.
