Budget Air False Advertising Mountain View, California

The ticket I purchased was not changeable. This was known to the Airline; it was known to Budget Air. Yet their generic ticket information stated that the ticket may be changeable subject to a fee. This is false advertising, pure and simple. The vast majority of people, i.e. people who do not have extra money to fly first class or have a personal travel agent, use this sort of online service to find the most affordable airfare. And most, if not all, of such tickets are not changeable. Every other online service I've used clearly says that. Budget Air alone uses this generic "ticket may be changeable" gimmick to lure people in and make them think this is the only affordable online airfare that is also changeable.

By the way, I HAVE contacted Budget Air customer service and so called feedback email. Both were worse than useless. I will continue to publicize this with the hopes that other people won't fall into the same trap I fell and lose money to Budget Air false advertising.
