Buydvdporn ripoff, billed my credit card 0n 02/02/2005, but no goods delivered to date New York New York

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I orderd DVDs from them but up to today they have not sent them, and they billed my credit card. Order number 27724 on 02/02/2005. I have sent them countless e-mails but no response from them.

Did you contact your CC company?If you use your CC for a purchase & don't receive the "goods or services" you can request a "charge back".I'm not sure if there is a time limit to this,but I would suggest requesting ASAP.I would say that if you are in the right,then you WILL get your money back.This is true for ALL purchases with a CC,if you do not receive what you purchased,they can't take your money!!
