Ordered goods via their emails. Never shipped since 09 July 2008. Their mean of payment (POS) on their website is not functioning, so they send you a link to pay via PayPal.

Please abstain from using either of their website (buyinportugal and brasilinho) has you will have immense difficulties in getting a reply to any email you send or will get the same answer to your phone calls.
Never received my goods...
This company has either huge problems or has ceased trading.
Not to be used.

Following claim with various organisations the merchant fully refunded and therefore consider the case as closed.

Nevertheless I sent an email to the merchant informing him that the way his business is driven wouldn't create psitive feedback. I appreciate the fact that they have staff shortages during the summer period and their suppliers are closed but good communication should be of the essence in such businesses (on-line shops).

After praising them on three prior orders I will not order via their website again.

Remember merchants... one happy customer is hard to gain... but an unhappy one would transmit such information throughout the web and could create uncomfort to such an extent that you could loose business.

keeping your customers informed all the way between order and delivery is the minimum you can do to secure positive feedback and assure that that customer will return happily to your site.
