I have called repeatedly trying to redeem my $99.99 refund.I have spoken with supervisors glady and scott.I have had claim re-submitted three time each time allowing fourteen business days.At this point the 866-892-6018 phone number is constantly busy.It seems like a refund is unlikely at this point
