CASH ADVANCE USA Debt Collection Agency DebtSettlementDepartment.us@gmail.com A Paul Smith from Debt Collection Agency claiming to be contacting me in behalf of Cash Advance USA emailed me today stating that I owed Cash AdvanceUSA $1200. I do not have a loan with this lender. He stated that a warrant was issued and provide a fake docket case number was attached to the email to appear in court. There was nothing attached to the email so I replied asking him to provide the warrant. He stated I’d I do not pay the $1200 now that I would pay more than $5000 in court. The person was very unprofessional and rude. I asked for his company name and phone number but would not provide it after several emails. I asked him to provide a copy of the original loan agreement with my signature however He stated that I would have to prove that I didn’t have a loan. I asked him to desist from sending me any more harassing emails. I told I’m that I would have my attorney contact him if he would provide his phone number but he said for me to provide him with my attorney information. I knew this was a scam since I did not have a loan with Cash Advance USA and he would not provide evidence. He continues to send emails and I will have to put his address in my block list.*
