certified transmission and service paid 1100 dollars for a rebuilt transmission with a 2 year warranty didnt even last 2 months commerce city Colorado

had my truck towed to certified tranmission and service on april 19th 2016 , paid 1100 dollars to have it rebuilt , came with a 2 year un limited mile warranty . got it back april 24th  truck broke down on july 9 had it towed down there again sat for a month picked it up august 10 drove it 60 miles broke down again took it back and it sat for another month . every excuse to not fix it . mechanic sick , im out of state , wrong parts , mechanic mom sick . told him i was going to take him to court he said go ahead .gonna file court papers today sept 21st . i would not use this guy again and for anything and i strongly recommend you dont either .
