I initially contacted Cesar and the maruca group thru Airbnb. They offered me a house on palm island and I booked it. It was $25k with a $10k security deposit. When I arrived in Miami they told me the house was not available and that they had another house for me.
The new house was a dump! Terrible experience, in the end they kept my security deposit because they claimed I had damages. Total fraud, will never do business with them again.

Please send or better yet post proof any of this aspired and your reasons for not going to the Board of Real Estate for Florida if I have stolen such a large amount of money which is Escrow Fraud, Wire Fraud among other things.
If you wish to get me arrested as per this fake report filed? it was confirmed to me by his own ex-business partner that it was infamous Alex Tefel since someone wrote a negative review on him. His conscious is so paranoid that he automatically posted a negative review about me retaliating for what another person did to him https://www.ripoffreport.com/report/alex-tefel-vr-holdings-llc/miami-florida-sdotco-stole-1485907
It's easy to tell since he posted the review. Alex Tefel copied and pasted the negative review someone posted about him a few years back. He called me crying when he was still a friendenemy and told me one of his clients was suing him for not returning a damage deposit. Alex Tefel is the type of guy that likes to pay it forward! If he is going down he wants to bring everyone down with him.
Here is the review that was posted about him on BBB.org which he copied and posted under my name here.
Dec 1016/Jan 2017 The service of **** ***** was good until our damage deposit was not refunded. He has informed us that there was no damage to the home but that a large credit card refund was forcibly taken from his account thus leaving Villa Republics account empty. The amount was $25,000 USD and we have only received $9,000 partial payment - terrible and fraudulent service.
He had many positive reviews written by his friends to mask this bad review back in 2016.

Please take down your fake reviews and maybe you can find who the real person who wrote all these fake reviews.

PLease go file an official complaint with the state and provide proof (which you cannot since this is FAKE) and probably done by competitors. Miami is a Sunny place for Shady people and why I moved from there.
Your claim are impossible.
I have no rented a house in Palm Island all year.
I do not bait and switch as I would cancel and refund instead.
I did not keep any daamge deposit
You have no record or proof as this is FAKE & probably a paid Negative Review.
Airbnb is not allowed to advertise in Miami Beach And Palm Island is part of Miami Beach.
If you had made a reservation on Airbnb the funds are held by Airbnb and Airbnb would not pay out and Airbnb Would relocate you directly.
Airbnb would hold the funds for your damage deposit as well.
I will have my attorney contact you soon for FAKE Negative Reviews!
